W2RT Programme

Empowering Women in the Technology Industry

The TechSheRise Initiative is a transformative skilling programme designed to empower women in India’s fast-evolving technology sector. Driven by the vision of fostering gender diversity and inclusivity, the initiative equips women with essential digital and leadership skills to excel in their careers.

In 2022 alone, TechSheRise has upskilled over 9,600 women, with more than 60% of them advancing to higher positions in their respective fields. This groundbreaking programme has fostered a vibrant ecosystem of 130+ companies, 100+ SMEs, 500+ mentors, and 34 influential women leaders who serve as role models and mentors, inspiring women to achieve their full potential.

TechSheRise stands as a beacon of empowerment, creating a future where women thrive, lead, and drive innovation in the technology landscape.
