Block Associate

Position Overview:

The Block Associate will execute health and wellness assessments at block level, coordinating with program associates and local institutions.

Key Role:

• Supervises program associates.
• Reports to the Cluster Manager.
• Acts as the operational leader for the block.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health and wellness assessments at block level.
• Ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Support awareness drives in the community.
• Coordinate with local institutions for program support.
• Report daily activities to the Cluster Manager.

Candidate Profile:

• Higher Secondary or equivalent qualification required.
• Prior experience in field operations and community engagement preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work at grassroots level with diverse communities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of local languages and culture.
