Many young people possess the ambition and drive to succeed but are held back by a lack of access to industry-relevant training, practical mentorship, and meaningful job opportunities.Without the right skills and guidance, their potential often goes untapped, limiting both personal growth and the nation’s economic progress.
At ITEL (India) Foundation, we believe that skills are the currency of the future. By combining technical know-how, soft skills, and industry exposure, we empower communities to break cycles of poverty and achieve sustainable livelihoods
What We Do
Our Skilling & Employability Program is designed to bridge this gap by equipping youth with market-ready skills that align with current and emerging industry demands, ensuring they are prepared to compete and excel in the workforce. Beyond training, we actively connect them to real employment opportunities, creating pathways to stable and rewarding careers.

What Our Approach
