District Manager

Position Overview:

The District Manager will oversee program activities within the district, ensuring smooth execution and coordination with cluster managers and block associates.

Key Role:

• Supervises cluster managers and block associates.
• Reports to the State Head.
• Acts as the operational leader for the district.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate program activities across clusters and blocks.
• Ensure timely execution of health and wellness assessments.
• Maintain district-level records and submit reports to the State Head.
• Support training and awareness campaigns in the local institution.
• Provide logistical and operational support.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate degree required.
• Prior experience in program coordination or community development
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure accountability.
• Basic knowledge of local languages and culture.
