State Head

Position Overview:

The State Head will manage ITEL (INDIA) FOUNDATION’s Health & Wellness Assessment Drive within the assigned state, ensuring effective execution and coordination with district managers.

Key Role:

• Supervises district managers and program teams within the state.
• Reports to the Country Head.
• Acts as the primary operational leader for the state and liaison between Foundation and state-level authority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee district-level operations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Build partnerships with state government and other NGOs.
• Monitor program outcomes and submit state-level reports.
• Drive awareness and engagement initiatives at the state level.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate degree required.
• Prior experience in program or project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure accountability.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and manage large teams.
